Laugh it up in Kokomo
Get ready to crack up, Kokomo. The very first comedy club is moving into downtown Kokomo and opening its doors Thursday. The Laugh House Comedy Club is the second bar/restaurant to open downtown in one week (the first restaurant was The District). The Laugh House Comedy Club is no joke: The June lineup includes Donnie Baker, Steve-O and Jamie Kennedy. Although humor is the backbone of the 113 E. Sycamore St. location, Laugh House will also feature a cigar bar in the building’s basement, a pizzeria open for lunch on the main floor and an abundant selection of 50 craft beers will be on tap. The next big thing
The Tri-County Tractor Showdown is about to sing and stomp the stage of Howard County Fairgrounds. Martina McBride and some of your favorite voices got their starts from country showdowns and we’re giving you the same chance.
Hit Country KI 100.5 will be hosting the singing shindig July 7 through 12th; then, we’ll be hosting the state competition at Tipton Pork Festival. The state final will showcase regional winners competing for $1,000, and their chance to compete in the national showdown. Registration ends Friday, June 13.
