Bona Vista building downtown Kokomo

Bona Vista will break ground downtown Kokomo to help Kokomo residents with disabilities. The local organization will invest $1.23 million in a housing development at 1101 N. Buckeye St. The 6,500-square foot living space will host 11 units complete with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The building will begin in November and will be complete by July 2015.

Free back-to-school supplies

If your family is in need of school supplies, SUPPLIES – a local organization – is helping you provide them for your children at UAW 685 at 929 E. Hoffer St. July 28 through 30.
