Turns out crickets are stocked with protein, can be ground into a flour-like consistency and can become a healthy part of your favorite meal.
In some countries like North Africa, water is scarce, so they've been farming crickets to make flour and food.
Now, cricket cookies, brownies and pizza are making their way to North America. Enjoy your snacking.
