Most of us like to keep a separation between work and Facebook and that means not friending our boss, so he can see all the unprofessional stuff we do on weekends.
But what if you weren't legally allowed to deny a friend request from him?
Believe it or not, Arkansas just got pretty close to making that a law.
Their House of Representatives passed a bill last month that would allow employers to force their employees to connect with them on social media. And it passed in a landslide: 91 yes votes, only one no.
The Arkansas Senate wasn't so hot on it. Thankfully they just killed the bill this week for being way too invasive.
