How much would TV houses cost in real life?

Trulia.com has put together a list of what some fictional TV houses would be worth in real life. They only looked at the houses that were used for the show’s exterior shots, since most of the interiors were shot in studios.

Here are a few highlights:

1. The North Hollywood house used for “The Brady Bunch” is worth $552,000. Which sounds like a deal, except that it actually only has TWO bedrooms . . . not enough for a couple with six children.

2. The Connecticut house from “Gilmore Girls” would be worth $2.8 million.

3. The West Los Angeles home the Dunphys live in on “Modern Family” is worth an estimated $1.5 million . . . although it actually sold last year for $2.2 million.

4. The Illinois home from “Roseanne” would cost around $112,000.

5. The Cohen home from “The O.C.” is actually located in Malibu, and it’s worth over $5.9 million.

6. The house from “Coach” is in Austin, Texas, and would cost $230,000.

7. And the New Jersey house from “The Sopranos” is worth $1.7 million.
