The top reasons you’re not sleeping

Nothing feels better than sleeping the whole night through with zero interruptions. But it NEVER seems to happen anymore, right? A new survey found the top 10 reasons we have a bad night’s sleep. Check them out:

1. Your partner snores.

2. Your partner tosses and turns.

3. You’re worried about various things.

4. It’s too hot or cold.

5. You’re stressed about work.

6. You know you have to be up early.

7. The bed is uncomfortable.

8. There are noises outside.

9. Your kids wake you up.

10. Your joints or muscles ache.

The survey also found that 75 percent of couples go to bed at different times at least four nights a week. The top reasons are: One person was shopping online; playing games; or up taking care of the kids.
