Chalk this up as yet another way that social media is ruining everything.

A new survey found the average woman only wears something seven times — here are the three main reasons why:

1. 14 percent of them say it’s because they don’t want pictures on Facebook or Instagram to show them repeating outfits.

2. They gained or lost weight.

3. The last reason women leave stuff sitting in the closet? The clothes don’t look as good at home as they did at the store.

The survey also found the average woman spends about $1,200 on new clothes every year, and has about 66 things in her closet.
