the uproar over the Confederate flag hasn’t subsided. Regardless of what you think of it, this seems a little excessive:

TV Land has pulled reruns of “The Dukes of Hazzard” from its schedule. The show made frequent use of the flag, particularly on the roof of the ‘General Lee,’ Bo and Luke Duke’s orange Dodge Charger.

TV Land didn’t elaborate on the decision. It’s unclear if this is a permanent move, or just for the time being, while the flag is such a hot-button issue.
