Prepare your stomach because the McDonald’s “Secret Menu” may be far from myth.

In a recent Reddit AMA with a UK-based McDonald’s manager, the employee revealed that customers can indeed order a secret menu item, though the items aren’t as secret as you might think.

To order off the secret menu — which the employee clarifies was not officially developed by McDonald’s — just ask for additional ingredients.

Some McDonalds secret menu items include the Monster Mac, a Big Mac with Eight Beef Patties (and an optional 8 slices of cheese!), the Land, Sea and Air Burger – That’s a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, & McChicken All in One. And the Mc10:35 – An Egg McMuffin with extra McDouble Burger Patties.
