Lotto ticket still unclaimed

Someone is $27.5 million worth of lucky out there; however, the owner of the winning lotto ticket purchased in Kokomo still hasn’t come forward. The ticket was bought from Marsh located at 208 Southway Blvd Saturday with the winning numbers of: 9-16-34-37-45-46. The winner has 180 days to claim the jackpot.
 

Local mayors featured on Inside Indiana Business
Mayor Goodnight and Tipton’s Mayor Havens took a seat with Gerry Dick during Inside Indiana Business Thursday. The mayors discussed the recent additions by Chrysler to the mayors’ communities. Tipton Transmission Plant was dedicated Tuesday by Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne. The plant will employ 850 people and assemble nine-speed transmissions; parts will be shipped from plants in Kokomo to the Tipton Plant for assembly. The episode featuring the mayors will air tonight on WFYI at 7:30 and 11 a.m. on WTHR Sunday.

 

Indiana State Fair free-stage line up announced

It’s the “Year of the Coliseum” for Indiana’s State Fair, but the free stage at the fairgrounds will be rockin’ too! Indiana State Fair just released its free-stage lineup and its getting a good dose of country tunes from Aug. 1 through Aug. 17. Aug. 2 will feature “Nashville” artists: Charles Esten (Deacon) and Clare Bowen (Scarlett), Dustin Lynch Aug. 5, Eric Paslay Aug. 6, and newcomer Dylan Scott Aug. 9.
