We Care Week
We Care week is well underway. The We Care telethon starts Friday night at 6 p.m. and continues throughout the weekend until Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. You can catch the Kokomo tradition on Comcast channel 82, wwki.com, and 100.5 FM. We still need donations for the We Care telethon, you can bring your auction items to the We Care store at 519 N. Main St. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
St Joseph Hospital names new president
St. Joseph Hospital has named an interim president, after Kathy Young’s departure. Margie Johnson will take over the role of president for the hospital beginning Jan. 1. Prior to her appointment as interim president for St. Joseph Hospital, Johnson worked as the director of quality, risk and medical affairs at St. Joseph.
Taylor Township welcomes Santa
Taylor Township will welcome jolly St. Nick Saturday morning at 8. Taylor Township firefighters let Santa hitch a ride on their fire trucks and cruise through Taylor Township as Santa hands out candy to kiddos.
