New snow plow for INDOT

INDOT is preparing to tackle winter weather a little harder this season with a new two-lane plow. The plow attaches to snow truck from the back and swings out into the next lane — with the help of hydraulics to cover both lanes of INDOT roadways. Although the plow will increase plowing efficiency, it could hold up traffic since it takes over both lanes.
