Indiana’s Miss Basketball has been named. Ali Patberg of Columbus North fame has snagged the Hoosier honor for 2015. Patberg averages 31 points a game, and led her team to a state championship. Patberg is currently a recruit for Notre Dame’s women’s basketball team.
Butler University men’s basketball will make its way to the big dance — for the seventh time in nine years. The former underdog team has carved a reputation for itself in the NCAA tournament. The Chris Holtman-led team will take on Texas, Thursday at 2:45 pm.
Hoosiers made their way into the men’s college basketball tournament. Indiana University will take on Wichita State at 2:45 p.m. Friday in Omaha, Neb.
